A brief list...keep in mind, 'Brief' by my own standards

-Browsing the internet, of course.
-Reading. Primarily non-fiction, philosophical and religious books, and related subjects, but I do enjoy a good fiction every once in a while, especially fantasy and horror. I've recently taken an interest in Traditionalist authors, like Julius Evola, Rene Guenon, and Mircea Eliade, as well as comparative religious scholars like Joseph Campbell.
-Listening to and creating music. I play drums, guitar, and at least I think I can sing. I'm not currently active in a band due to lack of like-minded musicians in my area.
-Hiking. I generally walk or hike at least a mile every day, helps me clear my mind and deal with my anxiety in the same way reading and making music does.
-Art in general, especially drawing and photography. I am quite fond of surrealist, visionary, and fantasy art, and any related styles, and I like both urban and nature photography.
-I used to study martial arts, but let's say that the guy I studied under was a complete scumbag and I was forced to stop going, and haven't found an opportunity to continue
-Thinking. I am so introspective it may as well be a hobby
-Video games. Not as much as I used to, but I will always love my old favorites.

Seems like Sybren and I have a couple of common interests.

- Studying history ( You can never know too much about history )
- Call me crazy, but I also enjoy reading about and studying International law and policies ( to a certain point anyways )
- Learning Norwegian, when time permits.
- Enjoying walks / hikes with my dog.
- Toning my hockey skills
- Tracing my surname and ancestors.

Sefo shows some promise.

Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, MMA, Fighting.

I've boxed since I was a kid and have had alot of amateur fights. All my time these days is spent training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling to compliment my striking. I will be having my first mixed martial arts fight next month.

Martial arts and fighting are the only things that mean anything to me in this world. Everything else means very little.

Thats what i do with "all" my time.

Modie 's reputation has not travelled afar.

I love history, with particular interest in American and European military history. I enjoy going to the shooting range and practicing my shooting skills. I enjoy walking through plowed fields looking for Indian arrowheads and artifacts. I like to read (mostly history) and am currently reading a book called "Marathon" by Richard Billows. It's an account of the Battle of Marathon in 490 B.C. and how it helped to shape the course of Western civilization. I'm also the family genealogist, so I enjoy pouring through archives looking for family history information. And I much prefer going to the mountains than the beach.

I usually work six days a week, so on my one full day off I try and either go hiking like today, or I make things in my little workshop (going there after I post this ). I am starting a new project which is painting my kitchen and then the rest of house, the colors now are horrible and I did not choose them and I can't stand it any longer.

Vacations I am spending travelling to different places I always wanted to see and explore.

Other spare time I spend daydreaming, walking, shooting, teaching myself new crafts and of course here in the mornings and evenings.

MarsOsix shows some promise.

Recently I've been getting really into coffee preparation - pourovers, Greek coffee, moka pot coffee, French pressing - lots of stuff.

It's really enjoyable for me as a part of my "morning ritual" to wake up. I want to join some kind of single-origin coffee subscription service, because I look forward so much to that one day every two weeks or so when I buy a new freshly roasted single-origin coffee to experiment with until the next time. It's really neat.

None to speak of. I lost most interest in anime and manga, and in video games before that. I miss my DS here (I saw no point getting a 3DS).

I think the black dog is back.
