Lightbulb Germans in Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan, etc.)

I was reading about the Volga Germans who were forcibly moved from the Soviet Union to Central Asia, primarily Kazakhstan during the second world war. They are still around, and if anyone has more information on them or photos it would be great if you shared them thanks.
