Forgotten Passwords & Email Accounts
I know of at least one person with this problem. She can't remember her password or the email account she used to registered eight years ago. How can she reclaim her account?

Maybe you could pm one of the admins. They probably have the ability to do the necessary steps to help her if it is possible.

They generally can either relay a message with their new details through the contact form or through another forum member to an admin (blue, brown usergroups). The latter would be preferable, otherwise we might ask some security questions first if we are unsure -- just to make sure it's the same person and not someone trying to take over another account.
(If it's the case you wrote about in the shoutbox, it should be solved. She should please check her new E-Mail Address, there is a password reset.)

Hi, I have the same problem. I deleted my old email account and forgot my password. I would like to take my old Skadi account back. I can't PM anyone as I need 15 posts with the new account I've just created. Can someone PM and help me to reset my password for my old account? Thanks.

If you have a former Skadiite friend who you think may want to return, make sure they don't need a new password. We don't know how many people wish to login to their old accounts but have forgotten the details after 4 years.
I have a friend who had this problem. I notified a mod, gave them a new password, and the change was made quite quickly.
